The Foster MBA Mentor Program is an opportunity for both mentees and mentors to learn from each other. Mentees gain exposure to the Seattle business community including different industry sectors and functional roles and potential career paths. You will also learn soft skills relative to leadership development, communication, teamwork and decision-making and how to balance work and life.
